Health Coach

Our health coaches work with customers either in-person or online. They are on the frontline interacting with our customers. Therefore they are our most important asset. We will provide the training required to be able to take care of our customers. The Nellicare monitoring team composed of experienced doctors, dieticians, physiotherapists, and psychologists will provide guidance and directions to the health coaches in the field.

Responsibilities:

Collect vitals like blood pressure, temperature, etc.,
Order medications and blood reports
Input all health data collected into Electronic Health Records System
Provide longitudinal medical history to specialists
Assess their physical and mental well-being
Counsel on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and social connections
Generate monthly reports

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Nursing, Nutrition, Psychology or Physiotherapy
Basic computer knowledge.
2 wheeler license
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent Documentation skills
